Aura have Royal Society for the Promotion of Health (RSPH) approval to provide the following certified Food Hygiene training conducted by suitable qualified trainers: A half-day course suitable for people carrying out 'low risk' tasks in catering, food retailing, caring etc. Level 1: Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene A basic qualification, ideal for people regularly handling food in catering, caring, food retailing & processing etc. Duration: 1 day. Level 2: Intermediate Certificate in Food Hygiene A more advanced qualification aimed at the identification of food hygiene problem areas & recommended solutions. Duration: 3 days. Level 3: Advanced Diploma in Food Hygiene Essential for Managers & supervisors, the course concentrates on the need for drawing up, implementation and monitoring of food hygiene programmes & procedures.
